Clare has been an admitted legal practitioner and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland since 2013. She has extensive knowledge and experience in appearing within Queensland’s Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts representing client’s legal matters in Criminal Law, Traffic matters, Domestic Violence and Protection Orders. In addition, she focuses on out of court resolutions for family law issues and regularly assists client’s in the mediation process. However, if issues cannot be resolved she will represent your Family Law needs in the Family Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.

As a Lawyer, Clare’s comprehensive and collaborative law skills are complemented by a Master of Education and Bachelor of Social Science Degrees.
